SoundCellar

For more than a decade SoundCellar has presented the very best in contemporary and mainstream live jazz, world music and much more, from its base in Poole, Dorset.  It has established an unprecedented reputation in the South of England for providing musicians and audiences alike with a first class experience. That reputation was further enhanced during the 2020-21 ‘lockdown’ with the successful online ‘In Our Own Space – Music and Conversation’ series.  Now SoundCellar is returning to hosting artists in the ‘real world’ again.

Our long residency at the Blue Boar cellar bar in Poole is over, however SoundCellar is not about any one space and we are delighted to have a new host site with great facilities and excellent access, for the majority of our upcoming events.

For the foreseeable future, we’ll be based at East Dorset Tennis & Croquet Club, Salterns Rd., Poole, BH14 8BL, plus feature ‘pop-up’ gigs now and again at other venues. We also plan to present occasional In Our Own Space streams, alongside our regular programme and we hope to stay connected with the followers who discovered us through our worldwide web events!
