ALEX GOODMAN (guitar)

Canadian guitarist Alex Goodman has become one of the established stars of the New York jazz scene. Winner of the 2014 Montreux Jazz Festival International Guitar Competition (and the Audience Choice award), he has gone on to record seven albums as leader, including his latest double CD ‘Impressions In Blue and Red’ (www.alexgoodmanmusic.com ), as well as appearing as a sideman on numerous other albums. We are very excited to be presenting Alex to you as one of our In Our Own Space performers, all the way from his home ‘across the pond’!
